Q: What services do you cover?

A: We have packages covering cleaning of interior / exterior windows, screens, tracks, sills and frames.  We also clean eaves-troughs, fascia, siding and offer pot light bulb replacement. In 2018 we`ll be expanding our services to include power washing services and others to be announced.

Q: I do not require cleaning of the inside of my eaves-troughs because I don`t have tall trees, can I get my Eaves-troughs cleaned from the outside only?

A: Yes, we have packages that excludes the cleaning of the inside of eaves-troughs.

Q: If I choose a window cleaning package do you only clean the window panes?

A: Absolutely not. Our team cleans the sills, frames and tracks as well. Unlike other companies that zip in and out quickly washing the pane of the glass only, we ensure that the complete window and area is clean.

Q: Do you use a water fed pole system? 

A: No, we hand scrub, squeegee and detail every pane of glass to ensure there is no dirt, paint chip marks, bug marks, bird droppings etc. A water fed pole system simply can not get the detail we require, and cleaning a window without soap just does not make sense to us.

Q: Are you insured?

A: YES, our business is bonded, insured and licensed including WSIB compliance so everyone that attends the work site is fully insured therefore our customers have nothing to worry about.

Q: Do you accept credit cards?

A: Yes, we accept all major credit cards, debit, cash or cheque.
