Q: What services do you cover?

A: We have packages covering cleaning of interior / exterior windows.  We provide gutter cleaning (interior of eaves) and washing of eavestroughs (exterior)/fascia, siding. We also offer pot light bulb replacement and screen repair. 

Q: I do not require cleaning of the inside of my eavestroughs (gutters) because I don’t have tall trees, can I get my Eavestroughs and all the aluminium scrubbed and rinsed from the outside only?

A: Yes, we have packages that excludes the cleaning of the inside of eavestroughs (gutters).

Q: If I choose a window cleaning package do you ONLY clean the window panes?

A: Absolutely not! Our team cleans the sills, frames and tracks as well. Unlike other companies that zip in and out quickly washing the pane of the glass only, we ensure that the complete window and area is clean BY HAND. So your windows are not dirty after the next rainfall.

Q: Do you use a water fed pole system? 

A: No, we hand scrub, squeegee and detail every pane of glass to ensure there is no dirt, paint chip marks, bug marks, bird droppings etc. A water fed pole system simply cannot get the quality detail we expect, and cleaning a window without soap just does not make sense to us.

Q: Are you insured?

A: YES, our business is bonded, insured and licensed including WSIB compliant so everyone that attends the work site is fully insured.  Don’t put yourself at risk ask companies if they have insurance.

Q: Do you accept credit cards?

A: Yes, we accept all major credit cards, interac email transfer, cash or cheque.

Q: How do I get an additional discount?

A: For a limited time in 2023 we’re offering all customers an additional $50 OFF any service through our partner. Ask for details upon booking.  We also offer a discount for referrals and returning customers.
